Creating Culturally Relevant Programs for Today's Hmong Community

Hmong people's rich culture and history are an important part of the fabric of American history and culture. As the first Hmong Museum in the nation, we will preserve Hmong history, culture, and traditions through innovative means that engage the modern Hmong American.

Take part in making the following programs available to the community in 2023!

  • Online Educational Exhibit & Resources - Curated for families and educators looking for resources to share about Hmong culture with school-age children.

  • How is Hmong Culture Practice Today? - A traveling exhibit exploring the evolving identity of being Hmong in the 21st Century.

  • The documentation of stories from Hmong elders - We continue to gather the stories from Hmong elders to be passed on to future generations.

Vision
We envision a thriving community with a heightened Hmong consciousness.
