Hmong American Partnership

Hmong American Partnership’s (HAP) mission is to empower the community to embrace the strengths of our cultures while achieving our potential. HAP was established in 1990 to address the needs of Minnesota’s growing Hmong population. Over the past 30 years, HAP has expanded to serve community members from a wide variety of cultural and ethnic groups now having linguistic and cultural expertise to serve 18 different nationalities. HAP provides critical services and support to more than 25,000 community members annually through five impact areas: Workforce Development, Children & Family Services, Economic & Community Development, Health & Wellness, and Social Enterprise.
