About His House Foundation:
His House Foundation (HHF) is a non-profit 501(c)3 community based homeless agency serving the communities of South Lake Minnetonka and Carver and Scott Counties since 2008. We serve people experiencing an extreme crisis of housing and food availability or other challenges, but who have barriers accessing these services in traditional ways. HHF is a low barrier point of entry serving hundreds of people each month from our mobile resource center. Our HHF team receives referrals every week from schools, community groups and other agencies looking for help. We do all of this as a small non-profit doing large non-profit work and are seeking the support of our community neighbors.
His House Foundation provides outreach and support to our neighbors affected by recent events in our Minnesota communities.
