His House Foundation

HHF Abundance (His House Foundation) is a non-profit 501(c)3. We are a holistic homeless agency, DHS Housing Stabilization service providers We have a resource center in Chaska, as well as our Abundance food program, which is a mobile food model that finds the Abundance of food in real-time and shifts it to those in need daily. We capture and repurpose 16,000 pounds per month reducing waste and helping so many in need, as well as delivering to 8 homeless hotels in Carver and Scott county. We do all of this as a small non-profit doing large non-profit work and are seeking the help of the community. Our goals in 2022 are to network, collaborate and work with other organizations and counties to create a more regional homeless hotel program that provides more hotel shelter options, helping those in crisis feel some comforts as they navigate through the process.
