Creating opportunities for the people who live, learn, work and play in Highland Park to build a more vibrant, welcoming, safe neighborhood

Highland District Council (HDC) is a local nonprofit that works to build a more vibrant, welcoming and safe neighborhood for all.

We are Highland Park's official voice with the St. Paul City Council and other governing bodies. HDC board members are volunteers who are elected by Highland Park residents to represent your wishes on issues like development, transportation, affordable housing and environmental concerns.

Donate today to support the following HDC initiatives:

  • Community gatherings, such as Highland Together
  • Efforts to beautify the neighborhood via a spring parks clean up
  • Family-friendly events, like a sledding party at the community center
  • Opportunities to learn from local experts--Home Improvement Workshop Day and special guests from from the city and county at monthly board meetings
  • Outdoor movies at community spaces throughout the neighborhood
  • Live music at Highland Bridge
  • Annual recycling pick up for seniors
  • Efforts to raise awareness about pedestrian safety

Your donation helps to make our neighborhood a more welcoming and vibrant place.

Highland District Council is a 501(c)3. Your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
