Support HEPAA on Give to the Max Day 2019!

The mission of Highland ECFE Parent Advisory Association ("HEPAA") is to support the Highland  ECFE site in building community among the families and supporting the teachers and classrooms with fundraising for supplies. A portion of our fundraising also goes to support the Saint Paul ECFE All City Advisory Council for teacher scholarships in high need areas and supplies for SPPS ECFE sites with fewer resources.
