Music soothes the soul during our most stressful and difficult times. At Hennepin Healthcare, patients in our HCMC hospital can find refuge and relaxation in the sounds of music therapy.

An upbeat song can energize a child who is tired from many appointments. A dying woman relishes in music when words fall short, and a patient receiving cancer treatment connects with lyrics that remind them of a special memory

We have $5,000 on the table to match in order to provide $10,000 in support to our Music Therapy program. 

Any gift is doubled: 

• $30 donation + match = $60 and provides music therapy for four patients and their families. 
• $60 donation + match = $120 and provides a concert of soothing music in the main area of the medical center.
