Her Next Play

Her Next Play is a fast growing non-profit committed to keeping girls in sports, helping girls develop as leaders through sports, and helping athletes successfully transition from sport to career.  

Playing sports build powerful leadership skills and female athletes have enormous career potential. Our programs build confidence, develop leadership skills and inspire female athletes to make bold plans for their future. 

Launched in March 2019, our leadership team has volunteered countless hours to build programs and events to support girls in sports, leadership and career.   We’ve impacted over 700 female athletes through our programs and events this year and plan to serve 1800 more in 2020. 

We partner with schools, athletic departments, coaches, employers and other community organizations to deliver programming and engage middle school, high school and college athletes. Together we will build the next generation of women leaders!
