Celebrate 100 years of art with the Trust

This year marks an important part of Hennepin Theatre Trust’s history. Over the past 100 years, our buildings – including the Orpheum, State and Pantages theatres and The Hennepin event center – served as the heart of history on Hennepin Avenue; from characters that have come to them, to social movements, to the acts who graced the stages, to businesses and community that have changed around them.

Today, we not only remember 2021 as the year the arts helped us overcome the struggles of a global pandemic, but also as a time to celebrate the centennial of our historic Orpheum and State theatres. The centennial celebrates the rich history of Hennepin Avenue and invites us to look ahead at the possibilities of the future.

Partner with us this Give to the Max Day and make a gift in honor of another 100 years of art that thills, moves and amazes.
