Theron Potter Healy, “King of the Queen Anne,” was the premier master builder of the Golden Age of Minneapolis architecture, working from 1886 until his death in 1906.

His early houses are known throughout the metro area via the Queen Annes of the Healy Block National Historic District, visible east of I-35W at the 31st Street exit.

The Healy Project offers guided tours, talks, and community events aimed at educating about historic architecture and advocating for protecting the places and buildings that tell the stories of Minneapolis’s past.
