CHI St. Francis Health Foundation: Supporting the Continuation and Improvement of Community Wellness

CHI St. Francis Health Foundation aka the Healthcare and Wellness Foundation mission is to support the continuation and improvement of community wellness. We help raise funds for the local nonprofit hospital, skilled nursing home, and CHI clinics in the rural Breckenridge, Minnesota area. In many ways, we are still the same hospital that the Franciscan Sisters founded here in 1899. Over 32,000 babies have been born and 255,000 patients admitted into our care at St. Francis since then. We work hard to keep these health services available and close to home for when we need them. Your generosity and contributions are the backbone of our work.
