Outpost: words + music

Outpost is series of variety shows performed at the Hook and Ladder in Minneapolis, pairing chamber music with comedians, poets, and storytellers. Our January and June 2020 concerts feature composers Karim Al-Zand, Gabriela Lena Frank, Judd Greenstein, Yaz Lancaster, Nico Muhly, Kimberly Osberg, Gabriella Smith, and L.J. White, and spoken-word artists H. Adam Harris, Anna George Meek, David Perry, Rosetta Peters, and Kao Kalia Yang. Outpost is a program of the Hatchery Arts Initiative.
