At Harvest Pack, we address food insecurity by bringing meal packing events to our local communities. Our meal packing events strictly follow CDC guidelines and local state government orders. Volunteers come together to pack healthy, fortified meals before they are donated to established nonprofit partners who distribute them to food insecure communities in Minnesota and beyond.
Harvest Pack has a number of local partners that help get our food where they're needed most. Food shelves and backpack programs are our largest recipients.
Did you know 319,760 students are eligible for free and reduced-price lunch? These are the students that depend on weekend backpack programs to feed them over the weekend.
A donation to Harvest Pack will allow us to continue providing nutrient-rich meals to hungry children and families across the globe. Your donation ensures that we can continue to plan, coordinate and host meal packaging events across the country – impacting hundreds of thousands of people each year.
Hosting a meal packaging event is another way your organization, school, or community group can lend us a hand and feel good while doing it.
93% of our event funding goes directly toward our mission. We also hold the Platinum Seal of Transparency with Guidestar.
