A lunch out, a trip to the apple orchard, a holiday party with friends—these are experiences that build connection, joy, and belonging.

We are raising funds for the 370 people we support in our 68 homes and apartment programs.

• Pursue activities and crafts in their homes
• Enjoy recreational activities
• Explore their talents
• Pay for special meals and birthday celebrations
• Take in a movie, show or sporting event.

We work with the 370 people we serve, their families, staff, 400+ volunteers and donors, like you, to provide individuals the opportunity to live life to its fullest. Your gift will help us provide 24/7 onsite services in our homes and 9 apartment programs.
