With your support, Greater Mankato Area United Way is igniting positive, lasting change in our region through Basic Needs, Health, and Education. You can help break the cycle of need, ensuring everyone has the tools to succeed. When we stand united, we are improving lives now and for years to come. 

As part of our 2026 campaign, we are working to raise $2,450,000 to support a record of 75 programs and initiatives throughout our service area of Blue Earth, Le Sueur, Nicollet, and Waseca counties. More than 90 community volunteers thoroughly vet each program during our annual review process to ensure your dollars are used wisely. 

          • Last year, our United Way-funded programs and initiatives served 65,000+ people

          • We had 1,800+ regional volunteers.

          • 90+ community volunteers vet where your dollars go to ensure they are being used wisely.

         • Our recent initiatives include literacy, Hope Squad/youth suicide prevention, sex trafficking prevention, substance use disorder advocacy, Youth Mental Health Navigators, and more.
