Great River Children's Museum

Great River Children’s Museum is a non-profit interactive museum located in downtown St. Cloud, Minnesota. Serving a 12-county region in Central Minnesota, the museum aims to create vibrant spaces where children and their adults can play, explore, and discover together. Since opening in June 2025, GRCM has welcomed over 104,000 guests including over 4,200 students for field trips and 12,000 individuals through our Museums for All program. 

Our memberships and ticket sales only cover about 60% of our operating expenses which makes donors like you critical to our success. Every donation you make impacts our abilities to provide moments of joyful learning and imaginative play. 

Every dollar raised during this campaign goes toward free and discounted access to the museum. This includes programs like our $45, 6-person membership for household receiving SNAP or WIC benefits; ECFE, Reach-Up Head Start, Foster Family nights; Museums For All discounted tickets, and more. See how your dollars can make a difference:

• $14: Buys a ticket for a mom and her toddler to join one of the museum’s facilitated birth to three (3) programs
• $50: Opens the door to a PCA visiting the museum for free with a child they care for
• $140: Places ten (10) Community Access Passes with a local family serving nonprofit
• $250: Provides one (1) hour of free access for a mission aligned nonprofit organization
• $305: Covers the Museums For All discounted membership for a 6-person household receiving SNAP or WIC benefits
