Friends of the Mora Public Library

MISSION: The purpose of The Friends of the Mora Public Library is to maintain a membership of persons and businesses supportive of the Mora Public Library of Mora, Minnesota. To do this, we will: 

* Cooperate with the Library in developing, maintaining, and enhancing its facilities, resources, and services for the public. 

* Promote understanding and appreciation of the Library and build a greater realization of its importance in our community. 

* Focus positive public attention on the Library to stimulate use of its facilities, resources, and services. 

* Support the public’s freedom to read as expressed in the American Library Association Bill of Rights. 

* Encourage gifts, endowments, and bequests for the benefit of the Library on behalf of the community we serve.
