"Big Heart ❤️. Small Town. One Great Library!

A little library with a lot to offer!  Since 2009, Mapel Lake Library has been fully independent and run entirely by volunteers.  With no paid staff, we rely entirely on community support.  Every dollar you give keeps our doors open and our library thriving.

Located in the heart of downtown, the all-volunteer Maple Lake Library brings our community together with books, tech, programs for all ages, local history, and more, all in a warm, welcoming space.  This free service is provided to Maple Lake residents and surrounding communities.

We provide

  • books for all ages including large print (approximately 8855), and audiobooks on CD (approximately 632)

  • DVDs (approximately 2650)

  • iPads available for check out

  • computers and  Wi-Fi

  • programs for adults, youth, & children.

  • copying and faxing

  • history records, an archival computer, and an extensive local historical reference section

  • newspapers from surrounding towns and magazines

  • a puzzle exchange

  • board games for on-site use

Your contribution will help maintain and sustain the Maple Lake Library—a vital place for vital minds.  Please be generous and give NOW!
