Big Heart ❤️. Small Town. One Great Library!

A little library with a lot to offer!

Since 2009, the Maple Lake Library has been fully independent and run entirely by volunteers. With no paid staff, we rely 100% on community support. Every dollar you give keeps our doors open and our library thriving.

Located in the heart of downtown, our all-volunteer library brings the community together through books, technology, and programs for all ages—all in a warm, welcoming space. This free service is available to Maple Lake residents and the surrounding area.

Here’s just some of what your support helps provide:

📚 Over 8,800 books for all ages, including large print editions

🎧 Audiobooks on CD (over 600 titles) and DVDs (over 2,600)

💻 Computers, iPads for checkout, and free Wi-Fi

👧 Storytime and craft programs for children

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Programs for youth, adults, and families

🎨 Art exhibits featuring local artists

✍️ Book signings with area authors

🏛️ Multi-purpose room available for community use

🤝 Partnerships with local organizations—like the Wright County Dairy Princesses and serve free ice cream day!

🗞️ Local newspapers, magazines, and historical archives

🧩 Puzzle exchange and board games for on-site fun

🖨️ Copying and faxing services

The Maple Lake Library is more than a place for books—it’s a hub of learning, creativity, and connection.
