Friends of Mears Park consists of 60 volunteers acting as Park Stewards for Saint Paul Parks and Recreation. The volunteers assist in a Spring and Fall park clean-up, plant and maintain assigned garden plots throughout the summer and fall, and assist with the Holiday lighting. Money donated to the Friends of Mears Park will be spent on park maintenance and beautification.
