First Lutheran Church of Detroit Lakes

For donations received on GiveMN in 2022, we will be directing them to the Agape Fund. Through our Agape Fund, we are able to provide financial assistance to individuals in crisis. Your donation helps us provide basic needs, transportation, emergency shelter, food, and hope for our neighbors during difficult times. FLC provides services to anyone in need. We coordinate with agencies like MAHUBE-OTWA Community Action Partnership, Becker County Human Services, and Churches United to provide sustainable solutions.

We are a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA) serving the Detroit Lakes, MN area. We do church together because we are a part of Christ's body in the world today, given life by the Holy Spirit. We each have abilities and passions that contribute to the larger Body working together to show God's love to each other and to people everywhere.  We thank you for any donations you are able to give in order to ensure our ministry is able to continue here in Detroit Lakes and the surrounding area.
