First Care Medical Services Foundation

First Care Foundation supports Essentia Health Fosston in its delivery of medical & patient care services in the Fosston area.

First Care Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the medical services & patient care provided by Essentia Health Fosston (formerly First Care Medical Services).  The hospital is located in Fosston, MN.  Clinics are located in Fosston, Bagley, & Oklee.

First Care Foundation seeks private philanthropic support from northern Minnesota individuals & groups.  We also sponsor local fundraising events to ensure financial assistance for designated Essentia Health projects & programs. 

For 2015 and 2016 our goal is to raise money for a new Essentia Health Fosston Ambulance.
