First Call 211 is an information, referral and mental health crisis intervention line.  We find hard to locate numbers, connect community members to thousands of resources that they may be in need of, and mental health crisis intervention.  Sometimes all you need is a friendly ear and someone to talk over your troubles with.  First Call 211 has friendly, active listeners 24/7, 365 days a year.  We all have bad days and need someone to talk to, the important thing is to know that someone is there for you and wants to help!!  Give us a call we are always there for you!

First Call 211 also dispatches the Crisis Response Team for Itasca County

Crisis Response Team  responds 24 hours/7 days a week for mental health emergencies.Crisis Response Team goal is to provide in-home, in-community crisis intervention, referral and mental health stabilization. Team members are available to talk with callers face-to-face or over the telephone and will offer support as long as it is necessary. We work closely with hospitals, medical clinics, mental health providers, law enforcement, and Itasca County Health and Human Services to enhance and expedite services.
