Family Promise in Anoka County focuses on a continuum of services for families experiencing housing insecurity. With a goal of moving families from homelessness to permanent housing, Family Promise provides highly individualized, person-centered, trauma-informed care and case management to help families address barriers and set achievable goals for housing stability. Community engagement and support from volunteers and faith communities are the heart of all we do. Volunteers provide hospitality, mentorship, and most importantly, a sense of community for families in our programs. Family Promise delivers innovative solutions for family homelessness, including prevention, shelter, and stabilization services. We have served more than 450 families since our founding in 2009, as the 157th affiliate of our national organization, Family Promise. Learn more at FamilyPromiseAnoka.org.
