WHO WE ARE

A group of adoptive, foster, and kinship parents and child welfare professionals dedicated to ensuring every child finds a safe, permanent, loving, and culturally competent family. Our mission remains crucial, as thousands of children and youth across North America still await families to care for them.

WHAT WE DO

Education: Adopted and foster youth face trauma and other challenges, so we want every parent and professional to have the BEST practices to care for children. Our international training center has impacted thousands of families and child welfare professionals through training with expert presenters to ensure every child has the care they need.

Support: Parenting is hard. And the child welfare workforce is in crisis. We provide a network of support groups for families and resources to assist the professionals who serve them. Our peer-to-peer methods transform families through connections with others who get it.

Advocacy: Advocacy is powerful. We are committed to advocating at the federal and state levels for the welfare of children and the support of adoptive and foster parents. Our efforts have led to massive policy changes across America that have changed millions of lives.
