Our mission is to develop and implement programs and services designed to empower and improve the quality of life for both individuals and families.

House of Refuge Outreach is a catalyst of change.   House of Refuge Outreach promotes the strengths and abilities of youth and families by providing community-based services that empower, encourage and enrich each individual to face life's challenges with confidence, competence and dignity.

  7. Katartizo Youth Mentoring Program
  8. Fresh Start Mental Health
  9. Another Chance Re-Entry Program
