Mission

TEAM helps churches send missionaries to establish reproducing churches among the nations. TEAM functions as an alliance, facilitating over 4,000 North American churches that have missionaries serving in 150 ministry initiatives on six continents. TEAM provides these churches with high caliber service in Ministry Area leadership, strategy, expertise, resources, and administrative support. TEAM strives to train church planters to better foster virile church planting movements. We're preaching the gospel of 'shalom' to help break down the walls of hostility.

Programs

We are a community-people of diverse skills and backgrounds who are focused on a single purpose: taking the gospel to peoples of the world where the majority live and die without hearing the message of Jesus Christ clearly explained. We are personal evangelists, mentors, and disciplers, worship and drama team members, student workers, small group leaders, and leadership development facilitators. We are also medical caregivers, business specialists, teachers, English tutors, construction workers, and much more. We work in over 140 locations around the world using our skills, hobbies, and training to build relationship bridges and establish friendships.
