At Engage Winona, we believe Winona’s greatest strength is our community. And we are strongest when everyone gets involved in shaping the place they call home. Because community is what we build together.

Engage Winona supports everyday people to participate in their communities: to share ideas, build leadership skills, and take action together. In 2025 alone, we’ve worked with more than 1,400 residents in the Winona area and beyond. As people get involved and connected, whole communities thrive, becoming more able to collaborate, solve problems, and support themselves from the inside out.

This year, we're seeking to raise $5,000 for Give to the Max, and we need your help! Like many nonprofits, we’re navigating a tough funding year, including the loss of a major $80,000 grant. To close our 30% budget gap and keep this momentum growing, we need your support.
