The East Metro Symphony Orchestra (EMSO) is a non-profit, community supported organization proudly comprised of a diverse selection of volunteer musicians representing a variety of backgrounds and professions from all over our community. Formerly the 3M Club Symphony Orchestra (1957-2009), EMSO provides orchestra members and audiences with a wide mixture of culturally-diverse, challenging, and entertaining music.
EMSO delights in numerous collaborations with a broad range of other local performing arts groups. These collaborations foster our initiative to provide educational and multicultural music experiences that deliver a positive impact on our community and our members. EMSO also performs small group Symphonies for Seniors concerts at local senior living centers, bringing music to audiences that would otherwise not be able to attend live musical events.
We cannot do it without you! As an independent, non-profit orchestra, funding is everything. Our budget covers all operational expenses ranging from venue fees and music rentals, to program printing, instrument repair, and the salaries of our concertmaster and music director. Help the East Metro Symphony Orchestra on this musical journey of community collaboration and outreach. Everyone is welcome!
Please make a tax-deductible donation to EMSO this year and help us continue our mission to provide educational, multicultural, and inspirational orchestral experiences to East Metro communities. Thank you for your generosity!
