✨Your gift goes twice as far to fund just and resilient future for Minneapolis ✨

For decades, East Phillips has carried the heavy burden of pollution and disinvestment. But neighbors refused to give up — and together, we’re reclaiming this land for the people.

Since 2018, the East Phillips Neighborhood Institute (EPNI) has stopped the demolition of the Roof Depot building, removed Smith Foundry, built an urban farm and cultural education program, supported local artists, and raised over $12.5 million toward creating the East Phillips Indoor Urban Farm.

Our vision is bold: a community-owned hub bringing fresh food, green jobs, clean energy, and safe gathering spaces to East Phillips for generations to come.

This year, we aim to raise $100,000, and thanks to a $50,000 matching gift, every dollar you give goes twice as far toward making that vision real.

When you give, you’re investing in clean air, fresh food, good jobs, and community-led renewal — a future truly shaped by and for the people of East Phillips.
