Diversity Council

Diversity Council is a nonprofit working to change Hearts and Systems so that our community can overcome biases and ensure all individuals thrive.

We accomplish this through:

- ELEVATING VOICES:

We build trusted relationships with individuals in underrepresented groups. We connect these individuals with city, county, and community  leaders so their voices are elevated and inform critical decisions. 

- TRAINING AND CONSULTATION:

We have trained experts who develop unique and effective curriculum on several DEI topics, which we deliver to schools and  organizations.

- COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT:

We serve our community with resources and tools for both allies looking to help drive change, and for underrepresented populations seeking help and information.
