District 2 Greater East Side Community Council

District 2 is one of 17 neighborhood councils (planning organizations) in the City of Saint Paul. We represent the North East Neighborhoods bound by Larpenteur Ave. to the North; Minnehaha Ave. to the South, McKnight Road to the East and Johnson Parkway and the Burlington Northern Railroad Berm to the West.

District 2 works to empower residents, build bridges between diverse ethnic communities, and maintain the quality of life on our neighborhood through a variety of projects including block clubs, neighborhood & park clean ups and community gardens.

Donations support our engagement activities by funding event costs, the printing of newsletters, flyers and postcards and postage.
