What makes Destiny E.W.O. unique?  We provide cultural and linguistic understanding; our native Ugandan team understands local needs and resources and can:

• Communicate fluently in several languages establishing trust.
• Value the knowledge elders can pass down.
• Establish rapport with village leaders and elders.
• Provide spiritual and emotional support for families.
• Offer education on topics such as money management.

Destiny does not hand out cash donations.

• We identify people's skills that have potential to create income.
• We equip them with training or materials for profitable self-employment.
• We empower individuals to build better lives for themselves and their children for many generations.
• They gain pride in their accomplishments.
• Others see this and find hope for themselves.

Our focus is on identifying existing or potential skills that can become income generating work.  We equip people with training and materials to begin profitable self-employment. Then they are able to create better lives for themselves and the next generations. By encouraging them to discover profitable ways they can provide for their families, they gain a sense of pride in their accomplishments.  Others see this and are inspired; everyday lives are changed.

Destiny E.W.O. Elderly, Widows & Orphans is an IRS approved 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. We could not do what we do without your prayers and financial support. All of your gifts and donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law*.  You will receive a year end tax statement in the mail outlining your contributions to the ministry of Destiny EWO to help you in tax preparation.
