Christ United Methodist Church

Thanks for checking out Christ United Methodist Church! We are centrally located in downtown Rochester, and a majority of our ministry aims to help build this community in whatever ways we can. When we see a need in the community we use our abundance to fill that void. 

Some of our outreach programs are:

Saturday Noon Meals - The Saturday Noon Meals program began in 1994 and has been providing a warm, free meal to individuals each Saturday for 30 years. 

Thrift on 5th Thrift Store - Thrift on Fifth is a fun and friendly place to shop and interact with others in the Rochester community. We provide quality clean seasonal clothing items. Adult items cost $1 and children’s items cost $0.50. 100% of proceeds support Thrive Child Care and Resource Center.

Thrive Child Care and Resource Center - Thrive Childcare and Family Resource Center is located in the lower level of our building. While they exist independently of the church, we help provide operations and scholarship funding to help provide childcare to families who would possibly have a difficult time affording it.
