At Scenic Rivers Health Services, a Community Health Center and Federally Qualified Health Center, we’ve been dedicated to providing accessible healthcare since our founding as Cook Area Health Services, Inc. in 1979. Over the years, we’ve grown to serve an 8,500-square-mile area in northern Minnesota, operating seven medical clinics and four dental clinics. With strong connections to critical access hospitals in Cook (Cook Hospital) and Bigfork (Bigfork Valley Hospital), we ensure care is available 24/7.

Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services to rural communities, helping keep our neighbors healthy. From routine checkups and dental cleanings to counseling and chronic disease management, our team is here to support every aspect of your health.
