The Constellation Fund is focused on finding and funding the most impactful poverty fighting organizations in the Twin Cities. We use a rigorous quantitative evaluation process alongside an in-depth qualitative assessment to make smart investment choices. Then we partner with our grantees to strengthen and scale the impact of their work.
