How to Age in Place

The big question as we all grow older is, how can we, or our loved ones stay in the homes we love?  Look no further than our network of resources and services.  Monthly, we assist about 150 people as a trusted major resource center for seniors and their caregivers in the Como Park and Falcon Heights neighborhoods.  Our program enables sustained aging in place by identifying needs to be met and organizing the implementation of care and support(s) necessary for our seniors' to remain in their home safely with dignity and choice.  Those 65 years and better who reach out to our program benefit from the many different options we have that enable their comfort and well-being.  Our main focuses are on organizing and implementing: health promotion, home safety, management of chronic diseases, chore support, transportation, friendly visits, and respite for caregivers.  Our committed volunteers and part-time staff of five provide over 4000 hours of direct care to seniors each year.  These hours of connection are designed to keep elders in their homes longer while preserving their quality of life and retaining a sense of community.  We are a small non-profit with enormous capacity.

Seniors Gratitude for our program's service to her, without your donations we would not be able to serve so many.
