Community School of Excellence is a K-8 Hmong Language and Culture IB World Charter School in the heart of the Frogtown neighborhood of Saint Paul, MN.

We offer a unique opportunity to Hmong and Karenni families to experience a world-class education in a welcoming and supportive environment.  Our caring staff and teachers currently service over 950 students with general, english-language and enrichment curriculum to help them succeed academically and in life.  We are the first Hmong cultural school in Minnesota to offer an International Baccalaureate curriculum and we look forward to many more years of service in our community.
