•  An uninsured man in Georgia needed prostate surgery.
•  The hospital said it would cost him $40,000. 
•  He went "shopping" for a better price and found the Surgery Center of Oklahoma (SCO).
•  At SCO, the all-in cash price would be $3,600. 
•  He told the Georgia hospital he was getting his surgery in Oklahoma. 
•  A few days later the Georgia hospital called him and agreed to match the all-in price of $3,600!
