CHRISTMAS COMMITTEE, INC. -- a huge effort in our backyard is deserving of your consideration for a donation.  The holiday season is coming - a time that brings increased financial burden to those already struggling.  Even a modest holiday celebration – a festive meal or small gift – is out of the question for families deciding whether to pay their rent or purchase groceries during this time.

This holiday season we hope to serve close to 1,000 families with over 3000 children at our Anoka Armory site, as well as 50 home bound people.  Tons of food and more than 9,000 toys will be distributed to make their holiday season a little brighter. Cash donations (fully tax deductible) are needed to purchase turkeys, chickens, bread, potatoes and fruit; as well as fill in the gap in toys for specific age levels and age gender.  

This massive effort serves folks right here in our communities.  Our donations assist people living in all of the communities of northern Anoka County.  Your dollars go 100% to the holiday effort of Christmas Committee, Inc. -- we have no paid staff or bureaucratic overhead.
