Christian Leadership Concepts (CLC) challenges men to an uncommon pursuit of Christ. We facilitate small groups of committed believers who refuse to be satisfied with the status quo and desire a deeper relationship with Christ. CLC men are relentlessly transparent with one another as they journey together through life and become men of extraordinary faith. Our programs require sacrifice and the risk of vulnerability, but the investment brings about a transformation marked by a greater understanding of who God is, a stronger relationship with Him, and a unique, powerful bond with other Christian men. Through CLC, God shapes men into bold, zealous leaders who are equipped to lead others toward Christ.
Your donations will help us continue the work of CLC in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest in the following critical ways:
- Recruit leaders and churches to start new groups—the Lord works in amazing ways through CLC groups. Hearts are ignited to follow and fellowship with the Lord, leadership skills are taught and honed, and life-long relationships are developed. But none of this happens without getting groups started. And groups get started by meeting with lots of guys and church leaders.
- Provide participant scholarships—money should never prevent a participant from experiencing the life-change that happens in a CLC group. Your support helps us to bring guys into groups who may be facing financial obstacles.
- Develop new programs—while our All In groups have been the foundation of the CLC experience for over 30 years, we recently introduced our Next Steps curriculum (going deeper in our relationship with God) and are currently rolling out our Elbow to Elbow curriculum, which focuses on younger participants. We are in the planning stages for other additions as well, including a curriculum that is focused on young marrieds and fathers.
- Enhance support for leaders—our group leaders are critical to the success of CLC. As such, we are developing additional support mechanisms that will help leaders be successful as they shepherd their groups.
