From a small church basement in 1969 to three thriving centers across the Twin Cities, CHOICE has spent over 50 years empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, work, and thrive.

Mission: CHOICE provides personalized support to people with intellectual disabilities through innovative programming and meaningful partnerships, creating spaces where everyone is valued for who they are.

Each day, CHOICE supports more than 200 individuals through employment, wellness, and community programs in partnership with 90+ local businesses. With creativity, compassion, and inclusion at its core, CHOICE helps every person discover their strengths and connect with their community.
