Chisago County Council for Exceptional Individuals Inc

The Chisago County Council for Exceptional Individuals, Inc. (dba Chisago Lakes Achievement Center) is a non-profit day training and habilitation agency located in Chisago City, Minnesota.  Clients of the CLAC currently operate one of our agency's new business ventures, Art of Craft Creations.  AoCC specializes in hand-crafted bird houses, bird feeders, garden art, bird seed and various other unique items.  This client-operated business provides opportunities to client participants in the areas of vocational training and increased community integration.  In addition, all proceeds of Art of Craft Creations benefits each individual involved.   

In 1971, two local families with special needs children founded our agency as a means to provide quality services to area residents.  Since then, CCCEI, Inc. has grown to include not only day training services, but many other meaningful services, such as supported employment, semi-independent livings skills training, in-home family support, therapy and therapy carry-over services, transitional skills training, and Special Olympics.  

CCCEI, Inc. embraces the ideals of productivity, self-determination, inclusion, and community integration.
