Central Minnesota Audubon Society has been active since 1981. The purpose  and objectives of the CMAS are to:

1.  foster and advocate for the conservation and restoration of birds, other wildlife and their habitat.

2. encourage grassroots action on conservation action.

3. develop and implement educaional programs.

4. foster an appreciation and enjoyment of birds
