$50,000 Goal

This year, the Center for Coaching in Organizations (CCO) celebrates its fifth anniversary! Over the past five years, we’ve grown a vibrant, cross-sector community of coaches and leaders who are transforming organizations, teams, and communities. As we reflect on this milestone, we’re excited to expand our reach, deepen our impact, and invite you to join us in building the next chapter of coaching for growth, connection, and possibility.

Since 2020, CCO has hosted five Summits and two 11-month cohorts of Executive Coaching in Organizations (ECO) training 19 incredible students as professional coaches. This fall, we were thrilled to welcome our newest class, Cohort 10, a vibrant group of 10 students representing nonprofit, local government, and for-profit settings. All our students share a deep commitment to honoring human individuality, worth, and development. In five years, the small, mighty and mostly volunteer CCO team has also launched and hosted dozens of community and continued learning events including Growth Rings webinars, Coffee Connects, our annual bonfire, Self as Coach, Peer Coaching cohorts, and Mindfulness events. We couldn't do any of this without all of you.

This year, in honor of our anniversary, our goal is to raise $50,000 by May 2026. This campaign allows us to deepen our work expanding access to coaching, coach training, and creating a ripple effect of growth and possibility.

In a world of rapid change, leaders are being called to rise with clarity, courage, and compassion. They need tools to foster trust, collaboration, and purpose. Coaching is a force that equips them to lead boldly, think expansively, and inspire meaningful action.

With your support this year, we will:

1. Expand Access Through Scholarships

  • Provide more scholarship funds for leaders to attend coach training across corporate, public, nonprofit, and community sectors.

2. Offer Free Professional Development

  • Host workshops, webinars, and learning events that equip leaders with tools to foster collaboration, innovation, and resilience.

  • Ensure leaders and coaches have access to free and low-cost growth opportunities.

3. Build a Thriving Coaching Community

  • Create welcoming networking opportunities across sectors. Connect coaches and leaders for shared learning, support, and impact.

Plant the seeds for the next five years.

We know coaching changes lives. Our programs empower leaders to bring confidence, curiosity, and compassion into their work and relationships. Cost should never prevent someone with passion and potential from developing coaching skills or training as a coach. Every leader we support strengthens organizations, communities, and families. Your support ensures leaders have the tools, training, and community to lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

As CCO celebrates five years of growth, we invite you to help us grow the next ring. Our goal is to raise $50,000 by May through the Seed Circle. Seed Circle is a monthly giving community of alumni, faculty, and friends committed to nurturing sustained growth. Your gift, whether a one-time donation or a monthly Seed Circle contribution, directly supports coach education, our annual Summit, scholarships, and the thriving network of alumni and faculty.

Give once to add a new growth ring, or join the Seed Circle to help us reach our $50,000 goal and ensure the next five years are even stronger. Every gift helps our community flourish.
