Can Do Canines

A nonprofit organization

Our Can Do Canines future all-stars are ready to knock it out of the park for their human partners! Can you donate today to help them get on their way?

Your donation will be matched, dollar for dollar, thanks to two anonymous donors, Max Kepler, the Minnesota Twins Community Fund, the Fred C. and Katherine B. Andersen Foundation, Steve Kittay, the Bruning Foundation, and the Schoen Family Charitable Trust. And if you donate $100 or more, you can submit your favorite puppy name for our newest litter of all-stars! Turn in your favorite puppy name that starts with the letter "T," and we will choose the winner on November 18.

Thank you for believing in our assistance dogs and the peace of mind they provide to our clients. This work is only possible because of donors like you.

Can Do Canines is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities by creating mutually beneficial partnerships with specially trained dogs.

Since our founding in 1989, we have provided more than 800 assistance dogs to adults and children who live with disabilities that involve mobility challenges, hearing loss or deafness, seizure disorders, diabetes, or childhood autism.

We train our assistance dogs with love and respect. Each dog is then carefully matched with a person who needs one.
