Located 54 miles northwest of Grand Marais, MN, at the end of the Gunflint Trail, Wilderness Canoe Base invites you into a place of peace, beauty, and spiritual renewal. Nestled in the heart of the forest and surrounded by the waters of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, our camp offers a unique opportunity to experience stillness and connection in God’s creation.

Wilderness Canoe Base is rooted in a mission to nurture Christ-centered identity through immersive wilderness experiences. On our two islands on Seagull Lake, you'll find more than just natural beauty—you'll encounter friendship, worship, prayer, grace, and the rich bonds of Christian community.
