Bunce Performing Arts

Bunce Performing Arts tells stories of hope and encouragement to the communities we serve and offers access to theatrical opportunities to people of all ages through affordable, high-quality theatre productions. We cultivate the development, education, and advancement of performers and leadership teams with artists from all levels of experience.

Buying an expensive ticket to a show is a luxury some cannot afford. Therefore, it is Bunce Performing Arts' goal to provide a free outdoor musical theater production in the summer and affordable indoor theater opportunities throughout the year.  We also offer reasonably priced summer theater camps and after-school musical theater programs, and are hoping to EXPAND these offerings in the future!

THIS YEAR, we are raising money for our YEAR ROUND THEATRE OPPORTUNITIES!

It is very expensive to produce shows--especially when renting a facility in which to perform. We are hoping to continue to grow and offer even more opportunities to perform and give back to our theatre community, patrons, and performers!

Here is just a little window into some of the costs it takes to produce one of our shows.

These costs cannot always be entirely covered by ticket sales alone.
That's why we need YOU and your generous donations to keep ourselves afloat!

SHOW COSTS:
$2000-$3000: LIGHTS RENTAL
$1500-$2000: MICS RENTAL
$8000-$10,000: SPACE RENTAL
$10,000-$15,000: HIRED DESIGNERS & DIRECTORS
$7000-8000: PERFORMANCE RIGHTS & SCRIPTS
$3000-$4000: SHOW SET, COSTUMES, & PROPS
TOTAL COST: $40,000+
