Every neighbor deserves to feel clean, confident and healthy. At Bridge to Basics, we know that hygiene is a basic need—but we can’t close the gap of hygiene insecurity alone. It takes an entire community gathering together.

Our Gather to Give campaign is an invitation to join the mission in whatever way works best for you. Whether you give product, give time, or give fuel, every act gathers momentum, gathers dignity and gathers hope for our struggling neighbors.

Choose one, two, or all three ways to get involved and help us reach our $20,000 goal!

1. Give by Gathering Product

The simplest way to help is to gather the essential items we distribute every day. By collecting soap, shampoo, and toothpaste, you are stocking our shelves and providing tangible dignity.

How You Can Help Gather Product:

• Host a Drive: Mobilize your workplace, faith group, book club, or school to collect needed items. We provide the tools and guidance!

• Purchase from Our Registries: Visit our online wish lists (Amazon, Target, etc.) to purchase exactly what is needed most (links below). The items ship directly to our warehouse, hassle-free.

2. Give by Gathering Support

Our mission moves only as fast as our volunteer power allows. By donating your time and skills, you help us efficiently process pallets of donations, pull and distribute orders and build thousands of essential care kits.

How You Can Help Gather Support:

• Volunteer in the Warehouse: Join us for shifts to sort, inventory, and prepare bulk product for distribution to our partner nonprofits. Learn more and sign up here!

• Remote Volunteer Kit Building: Gather your own group of friends, colleagues, or family to build pre-sorted hygiene kits or family care bags right from your home or office. It’s a fun, impactful team activity! Get started here!

3. Give by Gathering Fuel

Financial contributions are the essential fuel that powers our entire operation. Donations ensure we can pay for warehouse space, invest in technology to manage our operations and purchase critical items (like period supplies and diapers).

How You Can Help Gather Fuel:

• Make a Donation: Every dollar is directly invested in operational stability, allowing us to immediately scale our impact and onboard more of the forty nonprofits currently on our waiting list. You can make a donation here, on our website or through your financial institution if making a DAF or charitable gift.

• Match Your Gift: Check if your employer offers a matching program to double your impact at no extra cost to you.
