Bryn Mawr is a thriving Minneapolis neighborhood pocketed roughly between Kenwood, Cedar Lake, Wirth Park, Bassett Creek and Bryn Mawr Meadows, the neighborhood is characterized by its long-time stability and its quietude. It remains surrounded by over 650 acres of parks, lakes, and trails and retains much of its original small-town charm while having very good access to some of the best urban and natural features of Minneapolis and the nearby suburbs.

The Bryn Mawr Neighborhood Association (BMNA) is recognized as one of the strongest neighborhood associations in Minneapolis.  The purpose of the BMNA is to:

  • Strengthen our community.

  • Improve the quality of life in our community.

  • Foster good personal relationships in our community.

  • Open channels for information and communication in our community.

Your donation helps support:

  • The Bryn Mawr Bugle neighborhood newspaper
  • BMNA.org (our website)
  • Contract support staff who keep things organized and moving forward
  • Community projects
  • Committee work like our new Racial Justice Committee and Active Transportation Committee
  • “Downtown” beautification projects
  • Neighborhood garden projects
  • Representation/advocacy on important planning efforts at the city and county, such as SWLRT, Minneapolis Parks, Bassett’s Creek Valley Development, 


And neighborhood events, such as:
