Blueprint Foundation

Our mission is to strengthen our democracy by developing a more diverse community leaders who are committed to eradicating racism, patriarchy, and economic injustice. We focus especially on orienting women, Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, young people, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people with disabilities toward their political power, and on equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need in order to be leaders and change agents. 

We are pulling the curtain back on electoral campaigning for underrepresented Minnesotans by:

1. Equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need in order to run for office, work on a campaign, and become valued volunteers.
2. Creating a pipeline of diverse leaders who are ready to create real change in their communities.
